These Terms govern your access to and use of SyncsftAI (the “Service”), provided by Syncsft (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
Do not attempt to access other users’ data or systems without authorization.
Do not interfere with Service operation (DDoS, scraping at harmful levels, malware).
Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates privacy.

4. Integrations

If you connect third-party services (e.g., Shopify), you authorize us to access and process data necessary to provide features you request. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

We may offer paid plans. Pricing, trial/intro periods, and renewal terms will be disclosed on the Plans/Checkout pages. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any automation or recommendations are provided for informational purposes and you remain responsible for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
