If you purchase a subscription to SyncsftAI, refunds (if any) are handled according to this policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout.

1. Intro / Trial Pricing

If you offer an introductory first-month price (e.g., $1), that period may be non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel before renewal to avoid charges for the next billing period.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Once a renewal is processed, we may not be able to provide a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to billing@syncsft.com (replace later) with your account email, date of charge, and reason.

4. Abuse

We may deny refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
